Through the informative discussions, the panel and audience were able to explore various models that can be adopted to attract advertisers and strategies for the commercialisation and sustainability of podcasting services.
In unpacking these vital points, BMA asked Gavin Kennedy to review various approaches that can be used to source advertisers and revenue. In responding, Mr Kennedy, the Founder and CEO of Solid Gold, emphasised that you need to decide on a strategic objective prior to building your podcast. Moreover, you need to segment your audience and decide on your target market.
