The No1 trusted source for reliable news, quality analysis, and superior industry data, Broadcast Media Africa (BMA), would like to announce its plans to convene the industry under the theme “Accelerating The Transformation Of Broadcasting And Media Organisations in Africa”.
BMA, in collaboration with Southern Africa Broadcasting Association (SABA), will be hosting an industry summit from Tuesday, 2 November to Thursday, 4 November 2021 in Cape Town, South Africa and across various online platforms.
According to the organisers of the hybrid summit, the event will look at the current patterns impacting broadcasters and media organisations, especially the extent to which COVID19 has affected broadcaster revenue. The summit will also seek to assess, understand, review and address other issues such as the most cost-effective distribution method for video services across multiple platforms, the broadcasting paradigm for a multi-platform, multi-device environment, amongst different focuses.
Under the “Broadcast Media Convention And Awards – Africa 2021 (TV&Radio) [Incorporating SABA Annual General Meeting]” umbrella, which has been successfully hosted over the past number of years, the industry summit continues to receive considerable interest from senior professionals and organisations in the broadcasting, telecoms and advertising industries.
